Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy accessibility. Perform calculations as needed to ensure data accuracy. Scan, digitize, and file documents efficiently. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create and update spreadsheets and documents. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Assist in typing and formatting documents in a timely manner. Verify data entries to ensure completeness and correctness. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes. Requirements: Proficiency in 10-key typing with high accuracy. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience in managing email correspondence professionally. Ability to organize files and maintain data systematically. Familiarity with performing basic calculations and verifying data. Competence in scanning and digitizing documents. Excellent typing speed with attention to detail. Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
