In this role, you'll lead a dedicated shift in our distribution center, keeping daily operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. In This Role Supervise, evaluate and train employees assigned to your shift Ensure all SOP's are being followed Enforce product handling and stocking procedures and standards Maintain accountability of inventory accuracy Manage distribution and execution of daily assignments including any special projects Report and troubleshoot nonconforming materials via the Internal Corrective Action Reporting (ICAR) process Secure the facilities when leaving for the day Ensure the facility is clean and all safety protocols are being followed Drive efforts to meet warehouse KPI's Conduct stand up meetings at the beginning of each shift to review past performance and evaluate work load for current day Identify and create processes to maximize operation's efficiency Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

The Ideal Person Minimum of 4 years of
distribution/warehouse
supervisory experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse distribution required Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Forklift
experience/certification
preferred but not required but must have the ability to be trained Excellent organizational and analytical skills Proven ability to coach, train, mentor, and lead by example About Four Hands
