Workshop Facilitator

We are hiring a Workshop Facilitator to join our team! Do you like helping people? Enjoy teaching or public speaking? Join our Workshop Team! Design and deliver workshops in a hybrid format, including: Resume/Cover Letter writing, Interview Skills, Online Job Applications, and other topics. Evaluate customer needs and provide job search guidance, conduct individualized Resume/Cover Letter consultations, research and design workshops together with Workshop Team, maintain accurate records. Recommended Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree required; Bachelors preferred At least two years of experience in training/teaching or leading workshops, particularly interactive workshops with a diverse audience. Outstanding communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office Suite), especially Word & PowerPoint Proficiency with video conferencing programs, especially Zoom One full-time position (37.5 hours/week), hourly non-exempt position available. Salary is $48,115-$48,898/yr. after a 90-day probation period. Annual step increases provided. Excellent benefits and work environment. Applications will be accepted until Friday, 9/26/25.
