Collision Center Parts receiving clerk
to join our team and ensure smooth parts operations that support fast, accurate repairs. Position Summary: The parts clerk is responsible for, tracking, and distribution of all parts required for collision repairs. This position plays a key role in helping the production team stay on schedule and ensuring parts availability throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities: Review repair estimates and order parts from OEM and aftermarket vendors.. Receive, inspect, and verify accuracy of all incoming parts. Coordinate delivery of parts to technicians for ongoing repairs. Handle parts returns, credits, and warranty claims with suppliers. Maintain organized records and inventory of parts orders. Work closely with estimators, production managers, and insurance adjusters. Ensure all parts-related paperwork is complete and filed accurately. Generate and manage parts invoices accurately for internal and external billing Maintain inventory of supplies
Qualifications: Previous experience in a collision center or automotive parts role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Familiarity with collision estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) a plus. Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
