Inventory Associate
The Inventory Associate is responsible for creating purchase orders via the ERP system for the repair of civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Services Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create and track P.O.s via ERP system. Issue and receive parts in the system. Pulling parts dictated by pull sheets. Storing and maintaining orderly parts bins. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. Maintain work area in a clean and efficient manner. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as required. Exhibits ability to read, write and interpret English. Works well within a team. Able to work at a fast and accurate pace. Strong math and computer operating skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports). Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Demonstrated track record of dependability and accountability. Maintain a positive attitude, show resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Proven record of reliable performance and consistent attendance. Preferred Requirements: 3+ years of relevant work experience. Advanced computer operating skills. Experience with Pentagon. Knowledge of aviation accessories and materials. Other: The selected applicant will be subject to a background check and drug testing.
