Scrum Master , youll guide Agile teams delivering critical data, analytics, and AI capabilities that directly impact national security and operational readiness. This position is contingent upon award expected September 2025. Position will be located in Huntsville, AL and/or Washington, DC at the customer site. May offer remote work upon award. Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure teams deliver data, analytics, and AI capabilities Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives Manage impediments Communicate with leadership and the customer to ensure a common understanding of requirements Coach Agile practices Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, set priorities and define acceptance criteria Use Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking and reporting Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Active Secret Clearance, or ability to acquire one Bachelors degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent 5+ years of related experience Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams Experience with supporting Federal or DHS Programs Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in a complex program environment Preferred Qualifications SAFe (SSM) or PMI-ACP certification Experience in Data/AI Programs REQNUMBER: 2509736 SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation's most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
