Scope of Job:
The Senior Project Manager supports the North America Business Unit (BNA) and the company’s growth by delivering successful projects through their full lifecycle within the PMO. This includes managing capital engineering projects and other initiatives (e.g., NPD, IT) on time and within budget, following the stage gate process. The role requires close collaboration with site operational teams and supporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver assigned projects from concept to completion. Manage regional project engineering resources to ensure successful project execution. Participate in weekly/monthly stakeholder meetings. Support development of solutions to project problem statements. Ensure accurate reporting of financials, resource mapping, and milestone updates. Provide weekly updates on project progress, wins, challenges, and budget. Identify and escalate project risks to PMO leadership. Contribute to continuous improvement within the Global PMO. Build strong relationships across Operations, Technical, Supply Chain, NPD, Commercial, and Finance. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with suppliers and contractors. Coordinate project meetings, issue minutes, and ensure follow-through on actions. Prepare and present capital business cases to BNA CAPEX Gatekeepers. Collaborate with production and supporting departments to ensure the food safety and quality of our products. Perform other duties as assigned. Education:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent required. Professionally certified (PMP or equivalent) is desirable. Experience:
5+ years of experience in Project Management, 3+ years of managerial experience required. Physical Requirements:
