Festival Marketing Coordinator

The Festival Marketing Coordinator will be a critical part of the Comedy Tour Marketing team, supporting marketing efforts for the 2026 Netflix Is a Joke (NIAJ) comedy festival. Beginning in November 2025, this seven-month temporary position will directly support the Director of Festival Marketing and Touring and Regional Marketing Managers in executing marketing efforts and tactics aimed at amplifying festival visibility, fostering fan engagement, and driving ticket sales. What This Role Will Do: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Festival this role will perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the NIAJ marketing team Assist in managing a high volume of assets from creation to revisions and resizing, to approvals, and delivery Manage workflow and project assignments via internal tools and NIAJ external tools Work closely with cross-functional teams, including LNE Digital and Media & Partnerships teams, to maintain and track advertising budgets -- including processing incoming advertising invoices and compiling advertising settlement recap reports Coordinate execution of tickets or applicable pricing for programs and promotions Disseminate key information including on sale timing, marketing updates, etc. with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate festival logistics with internal and external stakeholders as required Assist with coordination, set up and on-site duties at shows, press events, etc. Participate in meeting preparation with partners and artist representatives Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools Work with internal stakeholders to develop post festival marketing analytics and recap reports Other duties assigned What This Person Will Bring: Minimum 2-4 years marketing experience preferably in related field such as music, entertainment, or media; festival and/or comedy marketing experience a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Works well in a team environment Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to recognize and define problems, collect information, establish facts, and implement innovative solutions Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and strong G-Suite knowledge Benefits & Perks: Our motto is 'Taking Care of Our Own' through 6 pillars of benefits: Health: Medical, vision, dental and mental health benefits for you and your family, with access to a health care concierge, and Flexible or Health Savings Accounts (FSA or HSA) Yourself: Free concert tickets, generous paid time off including paid holidays, sick time, and personal days Wealth: 401(k) program with company match, stock reimbursement program Family: New parent programs including caregiver leave and baby bonuses, plus fertility, adoption, foster, or surrogacy support Career: Career and skill development programs with School of Live, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment Others: Volunteer time off, crowdfunding match Equal Employment Opportunity: We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve. The expected compensation for this position is: $23.20 USD - $29.00 USD Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
