Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Insurance - Base Salary to 55k/year - Harrisburg, NC Our client, a small but growing independent agency in Harrisburg, NC is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative with a working understanding of Commercial Lines to join their team and handle all customer service related duties! Responsibilities: Taking calls and handling all aspects of customer service on a book consisting of 70% personal lines and 30% commercial lines policies.
Day to day duties include writing new call-in business, binding coverage, making changes to accounts, addressing coverage issues, processing endorsements, issuing certificates, handling renewals, remarketing accounts, processing cancellations, etc. Qualifications: 1+ year experience as a CSR or Account Manager in an independent agency
Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed in NC (Life and Health license a plus) Compensation: Base salary to 55k/year
