Generac Communications Infrastructure Manager

Primary responsibilities: Manage the platforms, processes, and workflows that power our communications across the organization. Work primarily with internal communications managing our intranet, sending leadership messages and employee newsletters, and engagement platforms while also providing operational support for external communications tools and social media when needed. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize and implement new solutions to deliver the best-in-class employee experience. What you'll do: Own day-to-day publishing across internal communications platforms with attention to detail that elevates content quality before it goes live. Develop content publishing and employee engagement strategies aligned to corporate communications goals. Lead strategic partnerships with IT and HR leadership to drive communications technology investments and system enhancements. Make strategic recommendations on communications technology investments and process improvements. Document team processes and manage shared resources to streamline workflows and champion governance across communications platforms. Partner with internal and external communications leads to schedule, post, and maintain coordinated editorial calendars. Pull channel analytics and performance metrics to support leadership in generating regular insights reports. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for communications tech stack adoption. Qualifications: 58 years of experience in communications, digital content operations, or channel management. Demonstrated expertise with internal and external communications platforms. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Comfort working with communications, technology, and HR teams. A systems thinker who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and design scalable solutions. Strong writing skills and presentation abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
