Senior Administrative Coordinator.

This is a full-time, hybrid, non-exempt position, based in their midtown New York City office, requiring 4 days per week in the office.

The

Senior Administrative Coordinator

will provide critical administrative support to the Director, Program Operations and the Global Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Leadership Team, ensuring the efficient operation of the program. You will be part of the SNF-Global Center, funded by a $55 million grant, which is an innovative initiative aimed at transforming child and adolescent mental health, offering the opportunity to engage with global experts.

Responsibilities

Be the Administrative Coordinator for the Director Program Operations and the Global Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Leadership team as a whole. Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including logistics, site visits, program events, and expense reporting. Collaborate with legal, HR, and finance departments to process contracts and ensure compliance. Draft and distribute standard operating procedures (SOP), letters, and forms, and handle administrative tasks like ordering supplies and filing. Help maintain the calendars and contact lists for the Director Program Operations and SNF-Global Center Leadership team, working closely with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination. Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for the SNF-Global Center Fellows and Partners ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with the Director Program Operations and SNF-Global Center Leadership to coordinate with external collaborators globally and partner with other departments, programs, and initiatives within the organization. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience multi-tasking and working with internal and external partners in different time zones Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Special Considerations:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,573 - $72,000 USD annually.

job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
