Technical Support For Software Triage Project
Our client is looking for 10 technical support types for a software triage project. The ideal candidate will have solid IT software troubleshooting skills and an intermediate understanding of automotive and software tied to automotive applications and diagnostic systems for vehicles. This team does level 2 support. They take level 1 tickets via Jira and troubleshoot issues which are typically SW related to internal diagnostic apps that technicians utilize at dealerships. All support is done via a ticketing system and online. These tickets are generated due to a backlog of recalls tied to FSAs that our client must hit and close out with customers that have vehicle recalls. This fully remote role, standard working hours. Must have good IT troubleshooting skills and work well in a team setting. A lot of team collaboration via daily scrum meetings via MS Teams. Experience Level: Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
