Senior Systems Integration And Test Engineer

Raytheon is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting various Electronic Warfare (EW) and Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) Systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of the product, from concept to deployment. Every day will bring new challenges, requiring you to collaborate across disciplines to troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and implement solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the success of mission-critical defense systems, and you'll have a hands-on role in ensuring the entire system functions seamlessly. What You Will Do: Generate test plans/procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance Generate test documentation for verification/acceptance of components, subsystems, and systems Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams. Execute in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and/or system sell-off. Brief senior program management and engineering leadership. Test EW hardware and software builds. Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or Physics) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience Experience with EW/Radar systems integration, verification, and validation Experience preparing system/subsystem test documentation (e.g., plans, procedures, and reports) Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
