Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Snohomish, WA, we specialize in water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, and more. Our team is made up of IICRC-certified technicians and dedicated professionals who deliver rapid response, exceptional customer service, and full transparency throughout every restoration project. We work directly with insurance providers, ensuring our customers have peace of mind when they need it most. POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager (PM) plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires balancing strong customer relationships, effective team coordination, and financial oversight to maintain successful project outcomes and profitability.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer
Service, Communication & Sales
Serve as the first response to new job opportunities — dispatch, inspect, and sign jobs.
Call customers early in the process to introduce yourself, set expectations, and schedule site inspections.
Educate customers on the reconstruction process, insurance procedures, scheduling, and timelines.
Deliver a “Raving Fan” service experience to customers, insurance partners, and referral sources.
Ensure all communication between customers, subcontractors, and team members is handled professionally.
Monitor and act quickly on customer inquiries or complaints, documenting them accurately in Dash.
Prepare all necessary contracts, authorizations, and documentation with customers.
Keep job notes updated in Dash with accurate and timely information.
Project Scoping & Sales
Meet adjusters on job sites when possible.
Deliver estimates and final billings as needed.
Track all work-in-progress (WIP) to maximize opportunities to serve clients.
Production
Review and approve project schedules and budgets.
Provide timelines and scope details to the production manager.
Monitor weekly job costing to ensure projects are on track.
Conduct site visits to verify quality and progress.
Call customers regularly to update them and address concerns.
Assist with pricing change orders and supplements, submitting information promptly to adjusters.
Post-Production
Contact customers at project completion to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure invoices are prepared and processed quickly; collect outstanding payments as needed.
Review profitability against company targets (50% GP).
Conduct project debriefs to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
