As our Clinical Director, you'll oversee our ABA division and play a pivotal role in its development. This opportunity provides a pathway for continuous learning and growth—refining your skills as a manager of both people and operations. Consider it a stepping stone toward a future Clinic or Area Director position. Responsibilities

Improve ABA efficiency and productivity Hire, coach, and mentor RBTs and BCBAs Own clinical quality metrics (delivered vs. recommended hours, parent training, efficiency, assessment turnaround) Partner cross-functionally on center growth and marketing initiatives How We'll Grow Together

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Work closely with Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists in a dynamic, team-based environment. Team Building Excellence:

Lead recruitment and development of a committed team of RBTs and BCBAs, supported by our talent acquisition team. Clinical Quality Leadership:

Improve service delivery by overseeing clinical quality standards and key metrics. Clinical Autonomy:

Develop customized programs using your preferred assessments, with full organizational support. Data-Driven Management:

Use our OBM system for automated scorecards, objectives, and metrics. Mentorship & Professional Growth:

Mentor full-time fieldwork students and receive support with supervision and report writing. Requirements

At least

3 years of management experience

and

1 year as a BCBA , in good standing with the BACB. Excitement to grow as a leader, and to train, manage, and mentor a team of pediatric professionals. Physical demands:

Sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly; lift/move up to 45 lbs; adequate vision and hearing for communication; work environment noise is usually moderate. Reasonable accommodations available.
