Affiliate Coordinator

We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for rising social commerce channels, including Strategy, Affiliate Management, and LIVE Shopping. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to shape TikTok into a vibrant community of inspiration and influence, with a network of top content creators and affiliates leading the charge. At OverCast Digital, we believe that the future of commerce is social. We're seeking an Affiliate Coordinator to lead and scale our creator and affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and other emerging platforms. In this role, you'll own the full affiliate outreach process, from strategy and sourcing to communication, campaign execution, and performance reporting. You'll act as the main point of contact for creators, affiliates, and platform partners, driving impactful collaborations that grow GMV and strengthen client campaigns. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll combine relationship management, operational rigor, and creative strategy. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients while building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates and creators. Responsibilities
Develop and execute affiliate outreach strategies to support client campaign goals and GMV growth Research and identify high-potential creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms Manage outreach campaigns end-to-end using tools like Spotlight, and Blazi Build and maintain close relationships with affiliate platform partners and key creators Research client competitors and create creator lists for outreach Draft compelling outreach messages, campaign briefs, and collaboration proposals Oversee sample approvals, creator onboarding, and content briefing processes Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates and creators, providing ongoing support and communication around campaigns and promotions Track performance, create weekly reports, and present insights for internal and client meetings Collaborate with cross-functional teams (LIVE, Paid Media, Shop Ops) to ensure smooth campaign execution Continuously optimize workflows, processes, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and results Stay on top of affiliate and social commerce trends, competitor campaigns, and creator communities Requirements
Location: Based in Los Angeles, CA Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Required Experience
1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (agency or brand-side) Strong understanding of TikTok culture, creator community, and affiliate ecosystem Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuasive messaging Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience with affiliate outreach tools (Euka, Spotlight, Blazey, or similar) a strong plus Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable insights Desired Experience
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce trends. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Lark and Slack.
