Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 1+ years of marketing experience Preferred: Experience with social media management and content planning, ideally with some knowledge of paid campaigns Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics Event planning coordination and logistics Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling Photography, video editing, or design experience Skills & Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, and WordPress) Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is a plus Ability to independently drive projects from conception to completion while also thriving in a collaborative, team-based environment Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to details Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc. Travel by car and airplane Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms Coordinate and track marketing projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Manage content creation for email marketing, social media, blogs, and website updates Support the execution of promotional events and trade shows, including on-site support Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs Maintain marketing databases and ensure CRM accuracy Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, designers, writers, and external vendors to produce marketing materials Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials Stay current on marketing trends, competitors and industry news Nearest Major Market: Cincinnati
