Integrated Marketing Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives that span digital, content, brand, events, paid media, and more. You'll be the operational backbone of our integrated campaignsensuring that teams stay aligned, deadlines are met, budgets are tracked, vendors are coordinated, and every project moves smoothly from kickoff to post-mortem. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead project planning for integrated marketing campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, resource allocation and asset coordination Collaborate with creative, content, digital, media, communications, product marketing, and external vendors to ensure alignment across all channels Manage campaign execution from kickoff to launch, keeping internal teams and external partners on track and informed throughout Drive production workflows for key assets (e.g., video, digital, print, social, event collateral), often in partnership with external agencies or freelance vendors Develop project scopes and timelines in partnership with marketing leads and prioritize projects based on business impact Build strong relationships with external vendors, manage scopes of work, track deliverables, and ensure partner accountability Maintain clear documentation, including project plans, status updates, and post-launch retrospectives Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and team collaboration Ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, proactively flagging any issues or risks Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a marketing or advertising environment Proven track record managing complex, integrated campaigns across multiple channels Strong understanding of marketing workflows, especially across creative production, digital marketing, and media Experience managing external vendorsensuring deliverables, and maintaining strong working relationships Excellent organizational and communication skills Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay cool under pressure Experience with analytics, performance tracking, or campaign reporting If you are tasked to drive as part of this role, then it is required that you have a clean driving record and a current Driver's License that is not suspended or expired.
