Responsibilities Position is within a hospital-based Interventional Radiology department Procedures include Adrenal Angiography, Chemoembolization, Chest Tube Placement, Endograft Placement, Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Uterine Arterial Embolization, TIPS, EVAR, TEVAR, and many other advanced IR procedures Works with Hybrid OR and PACS system Day shifts; 4x10 hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Weekend and weekday night call is required No floating to other units or facilities No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius Primary responsibilities include preparing and performing complex interventional procedures, maintaining sterile fields, and equipment management Call coverage includes both weekday nights and full weekend days Personal transportation required for certain assignments due to location limitations Compliance requires full availability for onboarding within the first 1-2 weeks after signing; drug screen required within 30 days prior to start P/F testing required as part of onboarding process Holiday RTO is limited to one holiday bundle; additional time off must be approved and cannot be taken within first or last 7 days of the contract Perm employees eligible to return as travelers if out of the system for 12 months OT is allowed only with prior client approval and is rarely granted Scrub or dress code requirements may apply, please confirm prior to start Modules and orientation must be completed during the first week Requirements Minimum of 6 months of Interventional Radiology experience required Current ARRT (R), BLS, and NM state license required (license required if applicable) COVID vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions are accepted with appropriate provider documentation Pending NM license considered for job consideration No first-time travelers will be considered for this position Proficiency in a wide range of procedures and advanced IR skills is necessary Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-607963.
