Software Engineering Intern
This role supports our Advanced Technology Development project teams in Burnsville, MN. As a Software Engineering Intern on our team, you will contribute to the technical design and test of Software items as required. You will perform design reviews and implement solutions in near real time! This role is onsite, in Burnsville, MN. This role may be eligible for relocation. What You Will Do: You will gain experience in software level integration and testing. You will work on a collaborative team focused on avionic connectivity products. What You Will Learn: You will gain hands-on experience with future commercial sensor products. You will learn rapid prototyping and "fail-fast" mentality. You will receive mentorship from experienced integrated product team comprising of EE, SW, ME, and Optical Engineers. You will have opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment. Qualifications You Must Have: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer: Familiarity with digital signal processing concepts such as Fourier Transforms, digital filter design, etc. Experience developing signal processing and / or AI/ML algorithms in Matlab or Python. Experience with AI/ML development packages such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Matlab Deep Learning Toolbox, etc. Experience with embedded software development in C, and / or Windows application development in C#. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
