Overview: This client manufactures thousands of pharmaceutical, biologic, consumer health and beauty products utilizing superior and innovative drug delivery technologies to improve their value to patients and consumers. The Distribution Associate plays a key role in supporting clinical trial projects by accurately picking and packing shipments for clinical sites and depots. This position also provides warehouse support to Packaging, Manufacturing, Pre-Distribution, and Quality Assurance teams, while ensuring all tasks are performed in compliance with regulatory guidelines, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities:
Accurately pick and pack shipments for clinical trial sites and depots Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (training available!) Support Packaging, Manufacturing, Pre-Distribution, and QA teams Maintain clean workspaces and restock supplies like gel packs, coolers, and boxes Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety protocols Work collaboratively with team members across departments
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent GMP/FDA experience highly preferred Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) PPE gowning required in certain areas. One may have to go in freezer up to -20 degrees. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Basic computer and math skills Strong communication skills
