Senior SAP Application Consultant, Order to Cash , you will leverage your business process, industry expertise, and SAP solution knowledge to lead clients on their SAP S/4HANA Sales implementation journey, ensuring alignment of SAP solution and industry driven best business practices. SAP knowledge is required to support the primary objective of applying SAP technology to meet existing and/or optimized client business processes. Applicant can be located in any U.S. city and must be willing to travel up to 100% based on client and project needs. Responsibilities
Client Engagement/Consulting: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business processes, objectives and challenges Lead workshops to demonstrate SAP best practices and identify/understand business requirements Act as trusted advisor in SAP and business best practices in your area of responsibility Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement to design future-state processes aligned with SAP best practices Identify and present solution options to support client decision making Collaborate cross-functionally with consultants and stakeholders on requirements needing seamless integration Ensure SAP configuration aligns with defined business processes Manage tasks assigned to offshore counterparts and junior consultants to ensure on-time deliverables Ensure appropriate testing of configuration and development is complete and documented prior to handover to client Lead activities in all phases of the SAP Activate Methodology Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Monitor progress and support risk identification/mitigation plans Internal/Company-Facing
Provide advisory services in SAP and business best practices in your area of responsibility Act as a mentor to Junior and Associate level consultants Take an active role in career development with continuous education and annual goals Support presales activities as needed and assist the project team during Discovery to establish the project scope of work Position Requirements/Qualifications
5+ years SAP SD module project implementation, preferably within the S/4HANA environment 2+ years primary leadership experience on implementation projects, including prepping and delivering key explore workshops 2+ years integration experience with other process areas Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant focusing on SAP project solutioning (e.g., pricing, Business Partner data, sales contracts, returns management, invoicing, tax setup, ATP, enterprise structure and logistics execution) Unique skills and experience with Transportation management and trade services is preferred Strong knowledge of SAP solutions and modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, FIORI apps) Proficiency in industry or business process modeling and documentation Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities This position is not open to employer sponsorship.
