Merchandising Support Intern
As a Merchandising Support Intern at Lowe's, you'll work alongside the teams that define our product assortments, pricing strategies, and vendor relationshipsdirectly impacting the customer experience across our 1,700+ stores and online channels. You'll gain firsthand exposure to the decision-making processes that power our shelves and digital platforms, while contributing to cross-functional projects that drive real business outcomes. How Lowe's evaluates and supports product assortments to meet customer needs. The processes behind pricing strategy, product placement, and supplier engagement. How merchandising decisions are translated into operational execution across retail and digital. Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with teams in supply chain, marketing, and store operations. How data drives merchandising through sales trends, forecasts, and performance tracking. Project ownership: contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance category performance or customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in business, merchandising, marketing, retail management, or related field. Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027. Preferred Skills/Experience
3.0 cumulative GPA Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
