We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior IT Auditor who is a self-starter and initiative driven, ready to take ownership of critical audit processes and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who wants to leverage IT Audit and IT expertise in an internal audit setting, focusing on in-depth review of IT systems, cybersecurity and data integrity controls. Plan audit engagements, identify inherent risks and control objectives, perform risk assessments and identify IT-related risks and vulnerabilities based on business objectives, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats. Conduct end-to-end audit engagements, perform detailed testing, facilitate meetings, and document and review testing results according to internal audit methodology. Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risk criteria, and recommendations for management, lead audit closing meetings, and ensure all audit documentation is finalized and conforms with department policies and standards. Monitor and report on issue identification, retesting, and closure status. Manage co-source partner(s) and ensure adherence to LF IA methodology, review deliverables, and hold them accountable for budget and scope. Collaborate effectively, develop and maintain relationships within the Internal Audit team, the department and the company. Expand knowledge of the insurance industry and become familiar with the companys products, operations and distribution systems. Partner with IT Infrastructure, security, risk management and other control groups to establish strong working relationships while maintaining independence. Provide IT subject matter expertise, audit knowledge, and professional judgement to assess a broad range of business processes, risks, and control objectives. Carry out duties in compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines, and company policies. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stay informed of emerging IT and industry trends to share with the team. What were looking for

Must-haves: 5-7+ years of experience in IT Audit and/or Information Technology directly aligned with the responsibilities of this position Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related IT field Certifications/Licenses on hire: CISA, CISSP and/or CIA Expertise in IT disciplines (cybersecurity, hardware, networking, firewalls, servers, DBMS, operating systems, disaster recovery, incident management, vulnerability management, risk assessment, IT governance, and system development) Knowledge of internal controls, IT risk, regulatory and compliance frameworks (ITIL, NIST, COBIT, NY DFS, SEC, PCI DSS, etc.), project management, and audit techniques Strong problem solving, root-cause analysis and critical thinking skills to assess complex IT environments and identify control gaps Excellent relationship management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload Excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-have: Experience with data analytics tools and techniques Other certifications (PMP, GSNA, CRISC, CCSP, CISM, etc.) Application Deadline

Pay is based on factors including experience, education, location, licensure, and qualifications. The base pay is part of Lincolns total rewards package and may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program and other rewards. About The Company
