Senior Product Manager, Commerce Hub

As a Senior Product Manager on our Commerce Hub team, you'll play a key role in building products that empower merchants, protect transactions, and drive global growth. You'll work alongside a collaborative group that thrives on solving big challenges and delivering meaningful solutions to customers worldwide. What you will do: Lead the full product lifecyclefrom strategy and planning to feature delivery and launch. Partner closely with local and global product teams to expand our reach and impact. Own and enhance features that make the Commerce Hub experience better for merchants and customers. Define clear product requirements that guide the roadmap and keep us moving forward. Anticipate challenges like fraud and proactively design solutions to protect product integrity. Build strong cases for new product ideas, grounded in customer and market insights. Prepare detailed documents and API Specs for publication on Dev Studio. Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Represent us at industry events and connect directly with customers to strengthen relationships. What you will need to have: A bachelor's degree from a four-year college in a relevant field. At least 4-6 years of experience in a role such as Product Management, Product Owner or Technical Project Management. Proven expertise with gateway products in the payments industry. Confidence in interpreting technical roadmaps, delivery plans, and feasibility discussions with engineering teams. Strong ability to translate technical and business impacts for merchants into clear, strategic communication. A proactive mindsetcomfortable challenging assumptions and aligning priorities. The skill to connect concepts across teams and products while keeping stakeholders engaged. A collaborative spirit that values team success over ego. Initiative to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight. What would be great to have: Experience in FinTech and payments. A background in global expansion initiatives. How you'll work: Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site. Salary Range $120,000.00 - $198,000.00. These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
