We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team and help shape the foundation of young learners. Requirements:
- Valid Florida Teaching Certification or Statement of Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years classroom teaching experience at the kindergarten
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to create and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Passion for early childhood education and helping children succeed
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for kindergarten students
- Assess and monitor student progress while providing individualized support
- Establish a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administrators to support student development
- Incorporate hands-on activities and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning
