Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Lead structured planning, organizing, and tracking of project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact time, cost, or quality; escalate when necessary.
Facilitate Meetings: Lead project meetings with clear objectives and navigate group dynamics to drive decision-making and alignment.
Team Coordination: Work closely with Delivery Managers to acquire and allocate resources for each initiative.
Process Documentation & Governance: Support process documentation, enforce guardrails, and contribute to governance efforts for consistency across initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, business units, IT departments, and leadership.
Transparent Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed with regular project updates, manage expectations, and communicate challenges clearly and constructively.
Resource Coordination: Help coordinate resources, decision-makers, and team members to ensure the timely execution of the platform roadmap.
Facilitate Feedback Loops: Champion retrospectives, feedback loops, and lessons learned to continuously improve processes and team effectiveness.
Requirements Gathering: Collect and document business requirements for strategic initiatives, translating them into user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the technical vision and map out project requirements, priorities, and milestones.
Tradeoff Analysis: Analyze tradeoffs between usability (user experience) and performance needs with subject matter experts to ensure balanced, optimal solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of prior IT experience, with at least three years in project management (PM) and/or business analysis (BA).
Salesforce Strategy & Delivery Experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or Finance (or related field) is preferred.
Proven experience in managing technical projects that involve diverse technologies and third-party integrations.
Agile Experience: Comfort and proficiency working in Agile environments, writing user stories, and managing sprints.
Microsoft Products Expertise: Experience with tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority.
Proficiency in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical documentation (business requirements, user stories, etc.).
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60 and $85. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
