Remote, USA A clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative biologics is seeking a
Senior Medical Director
to lead clinical strategy and execution for its leading phase II global study. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of clinical development plans and study protocols for oncology assets. Serve as Medical Monitor with oversight for safety surveillance and data review activities. Author and review critical clinical and regulatory documents, including IBs, INDs, CSRs, and briefing materials. Provide strategic clinical input and represent the clinical team in internal governance, external expert discussions, and regulatory interactions. Oversee site and investigator selection, CRO/vendor engagement, and scientific meeting planning. Guide and mentor cross-functional clinical project teams to ensure high-quality trial execution. Qualifications MD required, with 4–8 years of clinical development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Solid tumor oncology experience
required
and a preference with experience in GI. Proven track record in leading clinical trials and working in cross-functional global teams. Experience with regulatory agency interactions preferred. Seniority level
