Position Overview:
A leading Neurosciences program in West Michigan is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Neuro-Ophthalmologist to join its interdisciplinary care team. This is the only Neuro-Ophthalmology program in the region , offering a unique opportunity to shape and grow a vital specialty service.
Practice Highlights:
Comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for visual disturbances and neuro-ocular conditions
Evaluate visual field deficits, ocular misalignment, and eye movement disorders
Collaborate with neurology, ophthalmology, rehab, and patient support teams
Access to advanced diagnostic tools including OCT, visual field, and more
General neurology care may be included early in ramp-up phase
MS Society-recognized center strong support infrastructure
Team includes RNs, MAs, certified techs, social workers, care coordinators
Candidate Requirements:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Neurology or Ophthalmology Required
Fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology Preferred
Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) Required
DEA & BLS certification Required
No J1 visa sponsorship or Locums accepted (H1B accepted)
Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
