Summary: A renowned medical center in Durango, Colorado, is seeking a dedicated locum Urologist to join their team. This facility provides a mix of inpatient and outpatient services, with a trauma level III emergency room. The ideal candidate will be looking to cover approximately three weeks each month, with specific dates outlined. Job Responsibilities:- Provide patient care, including general urology surgeries and clinic visits.
- Manage on-call duties, including night shifts and weekend coverage.
- Utilize EMR (EPIC) for patient documentation.
- Work collaboratively with support staff including MA, NP/PA, and RN.
- Participate in orientation and training as required.
- Board Certified in Urology (Required; Not accepting Board Eligible candidates).
- Active Colorado license or IMLC (with LOQ in hand at time of presentation) (Required).
- Active BLS certification (Required for credentialing).
- Active DEA registration (Required for credentialing).
- Maintain a clean malpractice history (Required).
- Ability to detail availability for shifts through December 2025.
- Clean background check (Required).
- Board Certified in Urology.
- Active Colorado medical license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current DEA registration.
