Compensation: $120,000 $170,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

An established neurology and brain health practice in Glendale, AZ is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join its growing pediatric neurology team. This is a full-time, weekday position with no evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities ideal for providers seeking both professional growth and work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $120,000 $170,000 annually (based on experience)

Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurological assessments for pediatric patients under physician supervision
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment options, and preventive care
- Prescribe medications and oversee long-term care management
- Assist with and perform in-office neurology procedures, including:
• Botox injections (migraine, spasticity, dystonia)
• Occipital nerve blocks and trigger point injections
• Carpal tunnel injections
- Participate in advanced neurology training, including exposure to Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) programming
- Collaborate with neurologists and APP colleagues on complex patient cases
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP, FNP, or ACNP)
- Current DEA registration
- Background in pediatrics specialties
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Glendale
Preferred:
- Prior experience in neurology (not required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based model
- Interest in procedures and building long-term patient relationships
