JOB TITLE: Salesforce Developer JOB LOCATION: Boston or Spring, MA / NYC (hybrid WAGE RANGE : 75 - 80/ hour Must be W2 JOB NUMBER: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years with Financial Services Cloud. Strong understanding of wealth management, insurance, and sales distribution business processes. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio. Experience with Salesforce integrations, including APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud). Familiarity with Salesforce security models, data architecture, and declarative tools. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, FSC Accredited Professional, or OmniStudio Developer. Preferred Skills Experience with Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Shield, or Experience Cloud. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Client, SEC, NAIC). Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g. Copado) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in cross-functional teams. JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Financial Services Cloud (Wealth, Distribution & Insurance) Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions within the Financial Services Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and customizing Salesforce applications for wealth management, insurance, and sales distribution use cases. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that drive advisor productivity and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and OmniStudio. Implement FSC features to support client onboarding, policy servicing, advisor workflows, and distribution enablement. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and data connectors. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities within Agile development cycles. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring performance, security, and compliance. Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes. Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
