Service Manager CNC Machine Tools - Mount Pleasant, WI Field Service Manager Supervisor Director CNC Machine Tool Routers Grinders Saws Cutters Lathes Mills Millers Machining Centers Robot Loaders _. Manage team of Field Support Representatives responsible for planned services and break or fix support for CNC Machine Tools, ensuring effective post installation support, daily operation of home office, change initiative implementation, and customer base satisfaction. Shall: Establish mechanisms to review and improve Key Performance Indicators and monitor objectives and resources to ensure service and financial targets are met. Assign sites to maximize operational effectiveness and minimize travel requirements for Field Support Representatives. Ensure team is trained on technical and compliance tools and procedures. Manage team to provide on-site support to customers such as automation installation, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, escalations, and warranty and post warranty planned and emergency visits. Monitor Periodic Maintenances and Modifications to ensure completion on a timely basis and compliance with organization requirements and government regulations. Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements to include defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation. Support sales efforts to attain business objectives, including Service Contract conversions to improve revenue and profitability objectives. Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma, targeting Technical Service Processes and Procedures with direct impact on response time, cost improvements, and customer satisfaction levels.
