Blow Molding Field Mechanic - Milk Jug Production - Atlanta, GA Field Service Mechanic Tech Maintenance Technician Engineer Install Repair Calibrate Maintain Blow Molding Machinery Plastic Molding PET Bottle Forming _. Seeking individual able to install, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial blow molding machinery used to make milk jugs and similar sized containers. Activities: *** Travel to customer plant locations to install, tune, troubleshoot, maintain and repair Blow Molding Machines and auxiliary equipment. *** Train end users and operators in start up, operation, shut down and cleaning procedures. *** Disassemble, clean, service and rebuild blow molding machinery during routine maintenance. Qualifications: *** 5+ years servicing plastic blow molding machinery. *** Knowledge of bottle manufacturing procedures and machinery. *** Expert understanding of machine logic and ability to program PLCs. *** Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic operations of molding machinery.
