Whether you are an executive or an assistant, overseeing clinical operations or customer care, you help to provide essential services for our facilities and fiscal and organizational responsibility for the organization as a whole.
As the Administrative Specialist, you will assist with business operations and project implementation and provide a wide variety of administrative support for HPHMG. In this position, you will support the business operations manager in communicating with physicians on a spectrum of employee matters related to physician onboarding and physician retention.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree OR equivalent combination of education, training and/or related experience. Two (2) years secretarial or administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or related experience.
