is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to support our government customer in Washington, DC. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Security Clearance.

Koniag Government Solutions (KGS) is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the National Nuclear Counterterrorism Center (NNCTC) operations. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Compose correspondence on administrative matters
Prepare materials for conferences and meetings
Monitor and manage supervisor's priorities
Coordinate appointments and schedules
Review and distribute important communications
Support executive decision-making processes
Coordinate training class setup and administration
Process and manage documentation and files
Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
Support acquisition processes
Manage office procedures and workflows
Coordinate with multiple law enforcement agencies
Prepare special reports and summaries
Process and distribute leads
Maintain filing systems
Manage correspondence and communications
Create and edit official documents
Monitor and track important deadlines
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience with training coordination
Background in government operations
Proficiency in records management
Experience with multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of federal documentation
Understanding of compliance requirements
Experience with process improvement
Knowledge of reporting procedures
Familiarity with government systemsExperience with cross-agency coordination
Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Minimum 2 years of office experience OR associate's degree in related field
