Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
Guide clients through policy changes, claims, and billing questions
Clearly explain insurance products and services
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset
Accurately document client interactions and transactions
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay informed on industry trends and product updates
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Prior customer service experience (insurance industry a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Bilingual skills are a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.50/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
