Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager within the Retail Services business unit that has deep agile expertise to design, develop and execute against a prioritized backlog for products distributed via Merchants. In this role, you will:

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking

Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment

Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise

Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others

Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact

Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Develop and execute the multi-year strategy to drive sustainable improvements in account management experiences through the digital channel

Consult with dependent product partners (including legal, risk, compliance and control) on digital application capabilities required to meet business growth objectives

Define and continually refine OKRs / KPIs; develop related reporting/dashboards

Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics

Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with large scale, complex product portfolios with broad scope and impact across large organizations

4+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, managing tradeoffs and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap

4+ years of experience leading the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives enterprise-wide while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance

Previous experience with Financial Services or Fintech industry

Previous experience enabling new features for merchant experiences

Prior successful work leading scrum teams in a matrixed environment

Prior Experience as a Transformation leader driving change across an organization

Highly refined communicator, with experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with a broad constituency of stakeholders

Ability to positively influence, motivate, and lead diverse teams in a shift based, decentralized, and geographically dispersed environment

Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical groups

Customer centricity mindset; focused on putting the customer first in product development

Proven ability to leverage various communication methods and styles across varying levels and sizes of audiences to convey the vision of a product and address critical decision points to sustain team, customer, and stakeholder excitement around the product

Ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions

Demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels

Exceptional problem solvingabilities

Exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives

Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Willingness to work on-site at stated locations on the job opening

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
