Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Additional Information
