We connect with our clients at crucial times and take pride in a job well done.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed estimates for water and fire damage restoration, asbestos abatement, and reconstruction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and determine necessary remediation processes.Oversee all phases of restoration projects, from initial assessment through completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards are met.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns promptly.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.Work closely with management to develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets.Interface with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly regarding asbestos abatement and water damage restoration.Promote a culture of safety within the team and ensure compliance with safety protocols.ExperienceProven experience as an estimator and/or project director in water damage restoration and asbestos abatement.5+ years of experience in reconstruction project management and estimating (large-loss experience).Proficient in Xactimate (Level II or higher) with a strong understanding of insurance estimating practices.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively lead subcontractors and vendors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and project financials.Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management platforms, and cloud-based documentation.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Skills and AbilitiesStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, internal teams, vendors and external regulatory organizations.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to respond quickly to client questions and concerns.Negotiation skills.Proficiency in estimation software (Xactimate) and project management tools.Computer literacy with use of Word, Excel, PowerPointExceptional customer service skills.Education and CertificationsBachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, operations management, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., IICRC, OSHA 30, EPA Asbestos Certification) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
