Residential Engineering Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. We are seeking a qualified professional to lead engineering operations for interior and exterior facilities, including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, electrical, life/safety systems, and related maintenance to ensure safety and comfort of residents and employees. Responsibilities

Form part of the Residential leadership team and oversee all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities, including plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, electrical, grounds care and parking areas. Oversee life/fire safety systems, energy/green initiative systems, and management of other engineering work to maintain the property efficiently. Assist the Director of Engineering in building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, generator, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior paint and decorating; respond to inquiries and problems to achieve resident satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons policies. Oversee and manage engineering projects and ensure completion of maintenance, repairs, and coordination of resident requests. Coordinate with the Director of Residences and Assistant Director of Residents to support preventative maintenance for common spaces and maintain the preventive maintenance schedule. Assist in hiring, training, supervising, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating maintenance staff. Ensure timely execution of service requests via the Service Request Management system and provide follow up as necessary. Prepare requisitions for purchase and work orders; liaise with the Director of Residences and Director of Security. Communicate with board, homeowners and tenants on maintenance affecting the building and services. Lead and coordinate services with third party vendors (e.g., Window Washing, BMU Maintenance, Landscaping, Elevator, etc.). Support energy conservation programs to meet annual budget targets. Maintain/keep current asset register for all equipment and logs on stock items and tool distribution. Monitor meter readings daily to evaluate utility consumption and irregularities. Co-lead and support the Four Seasons for Good Committee. Develop and maintain relationships with outside contractors for common space maintenance and resident requests. Maintain detailed operational familiarity with fire/life-safety equipment and ensure emergency procedures are understood and practiced by team members. Additional Responsibilities

Prepare and manage annual maintenance plans, forecasts and budgets. Act as a hands-on onsite leader; assist employees as appropriate. Collaborate with leadership team (finance, security, maintenance) for resident and staff safety and satisfaction. Support Employee engagement efforts and monthly activations. Collaborate with Security, Front Office and Finance leaders to contribute to team/building well-being. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and ensure tools and equipment are well maintained and in sufficient supply. Promote and ensure a safe working environment. Skills and Competencies

Trade degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CEOE, BOMI, RPA, FMA, SMA or equivalent) or comparable hospitality/engineering experience. Minimum 5-10 years of related Engineering experience; experience managing an Engineering/Maintenance Team; luxury resort experience preferred. Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; high integrity and strong service commitment. Working knowledge of general building maintenance, blueprints, wiring diagrams and hydraulics; fluency in English. Familiarity with Four Seasons standards, policies and SOPs; ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. Key Relationships
