Overview Mastercard Services provides customers across industries with a tailored portfolio of solutions to address business pain points. By leveraging real-time transaction data, software platforms, and expertise, Mastercard helps customers gain a holistic view of consumer behavior and make data-driven decisions. As a member of the Core Accounts Services Business Development team, you will generate demand for Retail, Travel, or Restaurant clients and cultivate lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand buying centers.

Initiate contact with new prospects, generate and qualify leads, and maintain a customer-first approach.

Own the sales process from prospecting to closing complex contracts, ensuring efficient sales cycles.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue goals and projections.

Lead formal and informal pitches, delivering tailored presentations for diverse audiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define engagement scope aligned with business objectives.

Support project and customer success teams in problem-solving and planning.

Create and deliver concise presentations communicating key insights and recommendations.

Coach team members and contribute to the development of intellectual capital.

Continuously seek new knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

Proven excellence in B2B sales, with experience across Retail, Restaurant, or Travel sectors (enterprise and mid-market).

Expertise selling services and insights, with established contacts and end-to-end deal management.

Self-starter with ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

B2B sales experience in data/analytics/insights, loyalty, or professional services.

Experience selling solutions to C-level clients; strong relationship management and communication skills.

Analytical problem-solving abilities and comfort discussing complex technical products.

Experience managing projects and teams; leadership capabilities.

Technical fluency and ability to discuss industry trends confidently.

MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Compensation and Benefits National Salary Range (Applies Regardless of Location): $164,000-$262,000
