This role is for someone who blends strong visual design skills with direct response thinking, crafting high-performing landing pages, funnels, and user flows that drive measurable business growth. You will design and optimize landing pages and user journeys specifically crafted to support direct response campaigns including email marketing, display ads, and social media. Your work will directly impact customer acquisition and conversion rates by aligning campaign creative with responsive, data-informed landing page experiences. You will be involved in end-to-end execution from initial concepts to testing and iteration, ensuring that every digital touchpoint drives action.
This is a hands-on role combining UX strategy, visual design, and performance-driven thinking. You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create on-brand experiences within platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SaaS products, and e-commerce environments. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization, user behavior, and direct response psychology.

Design and optimize landing pages tailored to specific direct response campaigns such as email, social, and display, ensuring visual alignment, message match, and frictionless user flow Translate marketing goals into high-converting UX and UI including page templates, lead generation forms, funnels, and calls to action Collaborate with digital marketers to ensure seamless pre-click and post-click experiences across channels Use data, A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to iterate on designs and improve performance metrics including click-through rate, bounce rate, and conversion rate Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for responsive environments across SaaS and e-commerce platforms Build interactive wireframes and prototypes to clearly communicate ideas to stakeholders and drive alignment early in the development process Create user personas and journey maps to inform content and design strategies aligned with user intent Collaborate with development and content teams to implement and optimize designs in AEM including templates, modules, and reusable components Conduct usability testing and heuristic evaluations to identify barriers to conversion and recommend actionable design improvements Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly explaining design rationale supported by data and user behavior insights Maintain and evolve style guides, component libraries, and UX patterns to ensure consistency and scalability Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
Minimum of 5 years of UI/UX experience with a clear focus on conversion design in direct response marketing environments, ideally in SaaS or e-commerce Strong portfolio of landing pages, funnels, and campaign-driven designs that improved business performance Experience designing and optimizing experiences that support acquisition campaigns including email, social media, and digital advertising Proficiency in Figma and experience using project management tools such as Jira. Experience working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to implement and refine UX solutions Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization tactics, UX best practices, and responsive design Proven experience conducting user research, building personas, and mapping conversion-focused customer journeys Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics to support data-informed design decisions Knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams A strategic mindset that blends creativity with business acumen Passion for crafting exceptional user experiences that drive measurable business results Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with competing priorities
