The Support Staff Lead will be accountable for ensuring that the inside/outside daily operations of the Beaver Creek Children's Ski and Snowboard School are running smoothly and efficiently. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 Shift Type: Full Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age Housing Availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Assigning daily responsibilities of staff Scheduling of staff Food ordering for daily lunches and snacks Leading staff morning meetings Delivering training and coaching to the staff The support staff team is required to: Check in/out children Ski yard set up Magic carpet assistance Lunch routines Overseeing staff assisting with children's bathroom breaks Deliver a high level of guest service to children, parents and other resort guests Supervision of staff overseeing children Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Resume & Children supervisory experience - required Directing work of others required Organizational skills required Previous experience in a leadership role - required Previous guest service experience - required Ability to work weekends and holidays - required Ability to commit to working through to the end of the winter season (mid-April 2025) - required Ability to work directly with young children and a minimum of 3 years previous experience with children - highly preferred Ability to work outside in adverse weather conditions - required Ability to stand for long periods - required Successful completion of the Background check

required Ability to acquire working knowledge of new software systems quickly - required Ability to communicate in Spanish - preferred Knowledge of skiing/snowboarding equipment - preferred The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr.
