The client is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support an increase in incoming calls related to member plan changes. This team will play a key role in listening to member concerns, confirming plan updates, and providing next-step guidance - connecting them with a senior department or directing them to an on-site location for in-person assistance. Here's what you'll get:

Pay:

$19.00 / hr.

Hours:

40 hrs/Week.

Length:

Contract (3 months ). Possible temp to direct.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service. Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

Good written/verbal communication and collaboration skills. Critical thinking and active listening. Openness to feedback and performance improvement. Effective problem-solving and task prioritization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to talk and type simultaneously. Good organizational and time management skills. Accountability and confidentiality. Additional Information:
