Office Manager/Bookkeeper

We are seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a direct-hire position for a highly organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker with a proven track record in financial and administrative management. You'll be the backbone of our administrative operations, handling everything from daily financial tasks to supporting our team's success. Milford, Ohio Salary:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities

Financial Management:

Perform all bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Calculate and process sales commissions.

Order Management & Logistics:

Oversee order management, from entry to fulfillment. Manage inventory & procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.

Administrative Operations:

Oversee daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Multi-tasking & Prioritization:

Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing high-impact activities to meet deadlines and support business needs.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate financial reports and summaries for management, providing clear insights into the company's financial health.

Team Support:

Provide administrative support to the sales and production teams as needed, helping to streamline their workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or office management.

Software Skills:

Familiarity with QuickBooks software a plus.

Organizational Skills:

Exceptional ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and vendors.

Problem-Solving:

Proactive and resourceful with a knack for identifying and resolving issues independently.
