We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide administrative support to the HR department at a large construction consulting firm located in Lenexa, KS. The primary responsibilities include scanning and electronically filing documents, as well as offering additional administrative support as needed. Responsibilities: Scan documents and import them into Box. Organize digital files for the Substance Abuse Prevention team. Assist with various other organizational tasks. Essential Skills: Proficiency in administrative support and data entry. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook. Skills in filing and scanning documents. Strong customer service and clerical abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications: At least 1 year of administrative or office experience. Experience in scanning and filing. Work Environment: The position is based at the corporate office in Lenexa, operating during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
