Job Summary
Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant I to provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, filing, correspondence, and handling office tasks while ensuring smooth departmental operations. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with administrative processes such as AP, inventory management, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Job Description
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Skills Required
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Familiarity with MS Office required. (1-3 years exp) Must Have:
