We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that serves as a key liaison between DOGA USA and its customers, providing responsive and professional service to support the Distribution Department. This role is responsible for order management, quote verification, customer communication, and database accuracy, while ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the company.

ESSENTIAL TASKS Customer Service and Expediting (80%)

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries, orders, and delivery requirements are managed effectively. Research and resolve issues related to customer orders and delivery performance in a timely manner. Verify customer quotes, including pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and purchasing facility requirements, while cross-referencing with existing data. Establish and maintain accurate "ship-to" addresses and part number cross-references within SAP. Enter customer orders into the system and verify delivery schedules for accuracy.

Other Responsibilities (20%)

Provide support to the Managing Director and Supply Chain Manager with additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Upload and maintain customer material schedules on external customer websites as required.

Review customer forecasts, identify changes, and update databases accordingly. Proactively utilize SAP to ensure accuracy, coordinating with DOGA IT to resolve system-related issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures. Contribute as a collaborative team member to achieve departmental and company objectives. Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and partners. PROFILE REQUIRED

Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Familiarity with order entry processes and basic accounting principles. Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. SAP experience strongly preferred. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. WHAT WE OFFER
