The Parking Captain will effectively maintain all areas of the parking lot entrances, assisting the parking crew and guests on event days. This position contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of our event operations and our ability to provide high-quality service to the public. Responsibilities

Ensure the Parking Team has all essential items to be effective and efficient in performing job duties Resolve escalated customer concerns and provide excellent guest service Assign staff to designated areas as needed Monitor and provide traffic and parking updates to supervisor/manager Provide meal and rest breaks to the team in the assigned area Direct vehicles to parking areas and specific locations safely and efficiently as needed Coordinate flow of traffic before, during, and after events Set up and move parking cones, barricades, and other equipment to control traffic as required Direct individuals with special parking passes to the specific proper location Assist with revenue reconciliation and reporting Professionally communicate with all supervisory staff Perform other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications

High School or equivalent Minimum 18 years of age 2+ years of parking experience preferred Must maintain composure and discretion Use sound judgment to provide excellent guest service to patrons Must be willing and able to work in outdoor conditions, including inclement weather Flexible schedule and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Able to stand for extended periods Able to perform tasks with minimal direction and supervision Able to manage others and provide constructive feedback as necessary Transport team members and equipment to various venues and worksites. A valid driver's license and ability to be insured under the Company's insurance policy required.
